Big update for hyblog today: custom page management.

Custom pages can be added, updated, deleted! In /admin there is now a link to 'Manage pages' at the top.

Check the changelog in the repository for all the details.

There's also been some changes to ensure everything works properly if hyblog is installed in a sub folder rather than the root of a site.

Accidentally broke rssCloud support by passing the wrong path. Fixed now and repo updated.

I think the only other thing I want to add (for the time being) is the ability to disable the Colophon page in /admin. Either that or rewrite it properly.

Made another small change so that new lines are more reliably added when writing posts to the day's .md file.
